Beers for Cheers

Beers for Cheers, was, as expected, pretty damn wild. Look for media to "drop" on i3mx soon, as well as here, when I get some film development going on. Standouts for me were Cam, riding with the usual style, with nice nosebonk 3's over the spine, opposite 3 variations, toboggan 180s, and whip combos all over the shop. A new one was downsidewhip over to pedal feeble, to 270 out, on the spine. He also downwhipped from the extension of the midi into the harsh ghetto jersey barrier, constructed for the jam. Another thing I hadn't seen before were the big slow 5's out of the extension. No flairs though, those were taken care of by Rob / Pinky, all over the place, and some of them had turndowns thrown in for good measure. He also sent a very Morgan Wade-esque superman whip air during the high air comp.

Jake (Daw) also rode well, with nice runs including 360 the spine, then sausage roll the quarter, straight into a whip air. The wallride to whip was pulled a couple of times, with ease. He also whipped the jersey after several attempts, and did about 5 sausage rolls back to back during the high air comp, (which I won by Moggs, 7 feet, looks about 7 years old as well) . The jersey saw a fair bit of action, with Mayo sessioning over ice and back, as well as ice to tap, Bstoke Jake doing loads of combos, and Timmy doing fufs and footjams.

But for me, Haggler was man of the match. Considering he was drinking the whole damn time, the fact that he pulled the best spine 3's, a couple of footjams on the sub, and also a footjam fufanu on the sub seems even more nuts. Then he did it 'lawnmower' style. Ridiculous.

All in all, not three bad.

Ben
