Neil reclaims his balls
After 2 months without riding I decided it was finally time to reclaim some balls and try something new/decent. As usual the most comfortable, fun and best place to do this was the trails. Shock horror even Linsell left the sofa and his sloth ways behind temporarily to ride at Hitches Lane - a momentous occasion!!

So I finally 'manned up' and spun the hip.

Dirt lips were made to be twisted - a beautiful feeling. Ate shit quite a lot [it's quite a steep landing...hello tailbone!] but pretty much pulled it before my attempts ended due to darkness and pain. Linsell has a few vids on mobile, but I have lost the fear of spinning so will probably try again soon (weather and jumps permitting).

P.S. Malaga looked sick. Good stunts chaps.

wana get down to the horrible task of sorting out taxi money, i know that will and pants are pretty out of pocket after it and i think mc connel got stung due to his lone wolf adventure from the airport.

either will or pants has paid 60euros by themselves in taxi fares thus far and i know ive only paid 10euros in total, which sucks i guess.

The roll in for the drainage ditch / quarter thing / piece of heaven that we went to. Actually does the whole fucking thing, from the very top. I'm guessing he also 'did' a set of brake pads, a rear tyre, and a set of underpants as well. Christ, just imagine if he pulled the cable through at the top, or it snapped or something.

Cheers for a great trip team. I'll treasure the memories of riding that place in particular. Best day's riding that I can remember in a long, long time.

Anyway, I spoke to Mcconnel yesterday and he's got some contact details of Malaga locals, and possibly a spot map. To quote my friend Josh, who used to live in Spain, 'you don't even need a map to go riding there, there's that much amazing stuff'. Sweet.

Mcconnel will be joining us on the first night, probably as we're tucking in to our first course of LASH.
