Steve Peat, the legendary 35 Year old Downhill 'institution' from Sheffield, won round 2 of the World Cup in France yesterday, and now leads. Some good vids are here.
I didn't watch the live footage on freecaster, but apparrently Rob Warner came out with a right gem: "Peat's done for downhilling what Osama Bin Laden has done for terrorism."

That track looks like great fun doesn't it? May try to head over there this summer.
Rennie's crash was pretty brutal. He's a total tank so I wouldn't be surprised if it caused a minor earthquake.
