Nasty's riding is also extremely good viewing. He's like the Shoaib Akhtar of bmx.

Cross-country mountain biking is actually quite hardcore!
I always thought cross-country was a bit lame/gay but having ridden a World Cup course in Yorkshire today it was actually quite hardcore. Rock sections, linked berms, rooty singletrack and a bikecross track. The kind of stuff we dreamed of back in the big wheel Tweseldown/Long Valley days.
When my knees can't hack BMX any more I'm getting full sus beast...(hopefully many years away!). Still not convinced about the high seat though :-0
Oh yeh, and the surf pumped all weekend long...god bless Yorkshire!
Am back in Fleet this weekend to study. Willl take the BMX back if the weather is dry and anyone is up for riding 4a trails or Fboro?
Cheers
Neil

So, La Source looks pretty amazing. (Pompom's trails in Toulouse.)
Maybe a little too amazing for me. Some of those lines must take a while to get your head around...

Wooden wallrides and Manchester fun
Saw Muse @ Lancashire Country Cricket Club with Ben on Saturday night. It was epic.
On Sunday we rode a wooden park in Irlam on the outskirts of Manchester. Interesting park with big steep transitioned ramps. Basically if you can't jump hips you're f-ked. Really fun when you get used to it though. Best wallride I've sessioned before.
Props to Ben for clocking some footage this weekend.
