I quite like how Dakota doesn't do any "tricks" in this section, per se. What I mean by this is that there is no limb removal, i.e. bars, no handers, whips, and there aren't even any turndowns. He limits himself to gaps, grinds, manuals, and 180s/360s. Very pure.
